The Nature connect

Usually jewellery looks classic when it connect and resembles with nature. Be it leaves or birds or any natural creation. Here the client choose to go for Peacock to depict in the form of Kada. The wedding day designer dress was such that it needed to be complimented with a colourful jewellery.

The Art

It needs lot of inherited art to make a classic piece of jewellery that can be treasured as a master piece. Lot of skill is involved in making it an ever green jewellery piece. This Peacock kada was made in 18kt yellow gold , colourful enamel work and Beaten gold.

Customized to Suit Style and Budget

Client wanted the Kada to look as natural a peacock as it could. However their budget would not allow us to stud any diamonds.┬áThis was a real test for us. We decided to give diamond effect by using beaten gold and white rhodium. Multiple color were used in enamel work to make it look like peacock’s feather. We balanced the gold weight by making it hollow from within but used Jaali work to give it a sturdy look. Also we did not want the kada to go out of shape in the long run so we used approx. 50 – 55 grams of gold in each kada.
